Aisha has spent more than eight years working within the SaaS and technology industry, supporting enterprise organizations through technology adoption, operational transformation, and complex business initiatives.

Her work has included designing scalable workflows and operating processes, developing enablement and training programs, building dashboards and knowledge systems, mapping user journeys and operational pain points, and partnering cross-functionally with product and business teams to turn real-world challenges into practical solutions.

She has worked with enterprise organizations including Salesforce, Reddit, Sephora, Pokémon, Spotify, Paramount Pictures, Roblox, Moody’s Corporation and others, giving her firsthand insight into how large organizations adopt technology, manage change, and operationalize new ways of working.

At DERISKED, Aisha focuses on AI education and operational excellence, helping professionals and organizations move beyond the theory of artificial intelligence and understand how to apply AI meaningfully in their day-to-day work. Her approach emphasizes practical implementation—identifying high-value use cases, redesigning workflows, improving productivity, and helping teams build the skills and systems required to work effectively in an AI-enabled environment.

Aisha holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo, with a background in Social Development Studies, Social Policy and Social Action.
