During her tenure at The Pakistan Credit Rating Agency (PACRA), Saira managed a diverse client portfolio and contributed to the development of business and financial risk models, while also serving as a lead trainer for internal orientation and knowledge programs. She began her career in external audit at KPMG, involved in the planning, execution, and completion of statutory audits for public and private sector organizations. At LUMS, she delivers courses in Applied Financial Statement Analysis, Principles of Management Accounting, Principles of Financial Accounting, Principles of Management, and Governance, Risk & Compliance. She has delivered case-based corporate and university-level training for leading institutions including PACRA, IFC, ICMA, WWF, Akhuwat, and LUMS Centre of Entrepreneurship. She is also IFC-Certified as a Trainer of Trainers (TOT) for board directors on Environmental and Social (E&S) matters.
