He has spent thirty-seven years in the profession, including twenty-six years at SABIC, and has worked across a range of industrial, financial, and governance contexts in Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf. He serves as Chair of the BCI Saudi Arabia Chapter and holds Saudi Premium Residency.

His professional credentials include Fellow of the Business Continuity Institute (FBCI), Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified Board Director through the GCC Board Directors Institute, and ISO Lead Auditor certifications across multiple standards. He was recognized by DRI International as the GCC & Top Business Continuity Professional of the Year. He writes and speaks regularly on the state of risk and resilience capability in the Gulf
